“Do not succumb to fear. Like all emotional energies — all of them — fear has the ability to draw circumstances and things into your life.
There is no equivalent repelling force. All emotions attract. So simply avoiding or ignoring fear is not enough. If it is still there under the surface, it still attracts.
You must instead center your attention on its opposite: what you DO want to experience, the emotion you want to be feeling instead of fear.
It is much more effective, much faster, to pre-play the emotions you want to be feeling rather than to just visualize having things. But couple the two together and the attractive force is exponential. As we have advised many others, create a ‘movie’ in your mind and immerse yourself in it. This is the ultimate power of your imagination.”
